Want to know more about 1:1 coaching?

Coaching is a relationship where the Coach and Client co-create a plan to get the Client from where they are to where they want to be. It is not advice, therapy or counselling. 

Together, we will clarify your goal(s) and create a detailed but flexible action plan. Then, I will support you through the implementation process, making adjustments as needed as we go.

Sessions and check-ins are currently taking place on zoom.

All packages include scheduled check-ins between sessions (15mins/call) and email and/or Facebook support.

Packages range from $60-$250/month and must be used within 6 months of purchase date.

If I believe we're a good fit based on our call, the next step is to book a Strategy Session which is a 60 mins session on zoom that explores the context of and further clarifies your goals, creates a detailed but flexible action plan and goes over the coaching agreements (accountability, measuring progress, logistics of meetings, etc.) should you decide to continue. Cost: $60

If we aren't a good fit, I'll provide some guidance on what next steps I would recommend.
